We work with those who have used or interacted with PFAS during their business operations facing lawsuits or regulatory demands for perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
We conduct Confidential Insurance Archeology to find old Commercial General Liability (CGL) policies that will provide money to answer product liability, bodily injury, and environmental cleanup claims. We conduct Potentially Responsible Party searches to identify past owners and operators who may have contributed to or caused contamination and share in the liability. We conduct Corporate History Research to reconstruct the responsible party’s historical insurance coverage, so the regulatory demands can be tendered to insurance carriers. We conduct an Insurance Policy Audit to evaluate the policies businesses have in their possession and determine which policy years are missing. We maintain an extensive Specimen Policy Library to ground truth evidence of coverage and help reconstruct potentially missing portions of policies.
